15 years across investment banking, corporate strategy, and financial advisory. Played a key role transforming a startup into an IPO-ready company over 8 years.
Experience spans M&A, capital markets, and financial structuring — including IPOs for Ananda Development PCL and Tesco Lotus Growth Fund, plus debt capital markets work for Kasikornbank and Siam Commercial Bank.
Education: NUS Business School. Prior firms: Barclays Bank PLC, aCommerce Group.
Luerat Luechapipat
A background spanning investment banking, private equity, and start-ups.
Selected experience includes the IPO of Star Petroleum Refining Plc, the IPO of Global Green Chemical Plc, and serving as sole financial advisor on a minority stake acquisition and equity raise for Mahanakhon Beverages.
Prior firms: GoFive Company Limited (CFO), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Jaiyos, Dymon Asia, Finansa Securities.
